A sandbox is where the company plans to play over the next three to five years and what it intends to sell. In my case, I have clients throughout the United States. I maintain a small number of clients on purpose. I live on a lake in Oklahoma so I prefer to have about half of my clients within a 3- hour drive and the others within a reasonable plane flight. My services will remain the same in my sandbox for the next several years as business planning and talent management will continue to be my areas of focus.
